About The Owners
KELLY KINSLEY (Owner and Office Manager)
Hi, I’m Kelly Kinsley, the proud owner and office manager of Spectrum Plumbing. I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, and moved to Salem in 2017. For years, I had the privilege of raising my three boys while supporting my husband, Dale, in his plumbing career. As my children grew older, I found myself at a crossroads—ready to reenter the workforce but unsure of the right path. I wanted a career that allowed me to be there for my family while making a meaningful impact. That’s when I recognized the need for more women in the trades and decided to take the leap as an owner and manager of our own plumbing business where we could call the shots.
As both the owner and office manager of Spectrum Plumbing, I take pride in overseeing the daily operations of our business. I enjoy making executive decisions in marketing, invoicing, billing, and customer management—ensuring that everything runs smoothly for our clients and team. Balancing these responsibilities allows me to contribute to the company’s growth while maintaining the flexibility I value for my family.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me enjoying all the beauty Oregon has to offer—paddle boarding in our scenic lakes and rivers and hiking our gorgeous trails. I also enjoy wine tasting with good company, traveling to new destinations, and getting lost in a good book. I’m proud to be part of this industry and look forward to serving our community with the same dedication and integrity that defines Spectrum Plumbing.
DALE KINSLEY (Owner and Journeyman Plumber)
Hi, I’m Dale Kinsley, owner and the lead service plumber at Spectrum Plumbing. I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, and moved to Salem in 2017 with my wife, Kelly, and our three boys. With over 22 years of experience as a licensed plumber, I’ve had the privilege of working with the Local 290 for a good portion of my career. Plumbing has always been a rewarding trade for me—I love working with my hands and enjoy the challenges that come with solving complex plumbing issues.
Having Kelly and I as the owners of Spectrum Plumbing has given me the freedom to make the calls on my own jobs and has allowed our family to build something truly our own. We take pride in providing reliable, high-quality service to our community, ensuring every job is done right.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me snowboarding Oregon's beautiful mountains, paddle boarding, riding my Onewheel, dirt bike riding, or tinkering with different projects. I’m excited to continue serving the Greater Salem area and making a difference through Spectrum Plumbing.
